Well it's almost time for the end of the semester here at SRU.  I for one am both overly excited to stet a new chapter and also quite sad to know i will be leaving what has basically been my home for the last four years.  I wont be able to walk around campus and see everyone i know (and don't know, now that I'm a super senior).  I will miss being able to pop into my professors offices anytime just to chat or ask a question to and not seeing Sis almost everyday is going to be a transition. However I'm not leaving forever i plan to stay in the area so occasional pop ups still might be able to happen.

It was so cool to see SRU football on ESPN highlights last night! Unfortunately we lost, but it was still cool to see our team on national TV! Did not get to see fellow classmate and friend Pat who represents our phys. ed department in the highlights but i was definitely looknig for him. Too bad he isn't playing anymore. Can't believe he missed all the fun at PSAHPERD to go down to NC and watch the team lose :(

Fully rested and back to school work tonight.  Had an amazing time at the PSAHPERD convention in Valley Forge Casino over in the eastern side of PA.  Had the privilege to of meeting and talking with some really inspiring and influential people. I was able to have a fantastic conversation with Jackie Colwes on intercity teaching and her experiences with it.  I also was able to preside for two of my Slippery Rock University professors Dr. Joanne Leight and Dr. Martin Donahue who both did a great presentation on technology that we as students us as well as informing other professionals what they themselves use to evaluate their students.
